(The following is some of the latest happenings with the Peery's in South Carolina.)
Jon had orthoscopic knee surgery last week and is doing very well.
The High school baseball team (coached by Dan) played in the playoffs Friday and Saturday. Brandon pitches and James is catcher. They did quite well for such a newly formed team. Dan was happy with their season. It was like going back in time watching Dan and Tom playing. Jennifer is busy redoing the paint on her walls and decorating to make the house hers. Rene’ is her in family decorator and Pam is the electrician and Jack of all trades. What a team!
Cathy sent Brian off May 1st, so she will probably be coming into Greenville before to long. She still has several decisions to make on the house finishes.
Pam has recovered normal sight. She was crossed eyed and her blood pressure was 220/160. They did every test known by the medicinal community and then some and found nothing that would cause the blood pressure problem or the eye problems. She is doing better with her blood pressure. The doctors still don’t know for sure what her problem was. They found that the pressure on her spine was way too high and they removed some of the fluid. That is the only thing they did that gave her relief. At the same time, her eyes started to straighten out. She still has a slight problem when she gets tired.
